Refund Policy
At The HighArc 3League, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Full Refund: A full refund may be processed if the refund request is submitted more than two weeks prior to the start of the season.
Time Frame
- Refund requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the season starts.
No Partial Refunds
- We do not offer partial refunds if a participant withdraws partway through the season.
Processing Fees
- There are no additional processing fees for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please email info@higharcbasketball.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Division
- Team name
- Invoice number
- Reason for refund
Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the request.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No refunds will be provided if the season is already underway.
- Refunds will not be issued for player injuries or changes in personal circumstances.
- Teams or individuals who are suspended due to misconduct are not eligible for refunds.
